Crossroads to Recovery provides outpatient substance abuse treatment and mental health services designed to support individuals at every stage of recovery. Our programs include 8 weeks of outpatient treatment with individual and group counseling, 4 weeks of preventative services, and 4 weeks of aftercare support following program completion. We offer initial screenings and assessments to determine the most appropriate level of care and provide immediate services for individuals with active CPS cases, as well as direct access to services for veterans without a referral. To ensure care is accessible, we provide both in-person and telehealth appointments with flexible weekday, evening, and weekend scheduling.
