Our 8-week program provides a structured and supportive path to recovery through a combination of individual and group counseling. Clients meet regularly one-on-one with their assigned counselor while also participating in group sessions during scheduled times. Throughout the program, individuals gain a deeper understanding of addiction, learn to identify and manage triggers, and work through past experiences and trauma—helping them build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.

Our 4-week preventative program focuses on early intervention by providing education, guidance, and support to individuals at risk of substance use. Through individual and group sessions, participants build awareness of risk factors, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and gain the tools needed to prevent substance use and maintain overall well-being.

Recovery doesn’t end after a program—and neither does our support. Our aftercare services provide ongoing guidance, encouragement, and connection to help individuals stay on track, overcome challenges, and continue building a healthy, stable future.

Our screening and assessment process is the first step in understanding each individual’s unique needs. Through a comprehensive evaluation, we gather important information about a client’s background, challenges, and goals. This allows us to develop personalized treatment plans that provide the most effective and appropriate level of care.

To better support accessibility and client comfort, we provide both telehealth and in-person service options. This flexibility ensures individuals can access care in a way that fits their schedule, circumstances, and level of comfort while still receiving consistent, high-quality support.
